Rob Lande is the President and member of the Board of Directors of Stratos Global Group, an online brokerage firm offering trading services for active investors globally.
Formerly, he was Chief Financial Officer of Stratos and prior to that was a managing partner and Chief Operating Officer of Riveredge Capital Partners, a global long short hedge fund. Prior to Riveredge, Rob worked for over 16 years within the BCE/Bell Canada group where his last position was Chief Financial Officer of Telecom Américas, a joint venture between Bell Canada International, AT&T, and America Móvil.
Rob is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chairman of Knight Therapeutics (TSX: GUD), a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical firm focused on Canada and Latin America. He holds an MBA in Finance from the John Molson School of Business of Concordia University, a BA in Economics from McGill University and holds the CFA designation.
Rob also sits on the steering committee of the Louis Armstrong Center for Musical Therapy at Mount Sinai in New York City.
