Michael Herron

Serving as Group General Counsel for Tradu, Michael Herron is a corporate attorney with over 20 years of in-house financial services experience.

Based in London, he has been with the group for more than six years and leads the legal and company secretarial teams with oversight of global compliance matters. With a background in corporate finance and M&A, he has held leadership roles in legal and compliance for a private bank and asset management firm as well as other globally regulated brokers.

Michael has previously sat as an independent non-executive director and as advisor for several startups. Michael holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from University College London and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
