Your platform settings are now linked to your username. This means that it doesn't matter from which device you log in - your saved settings are recalled and restored from the server upon login.
We've simplified the log-in process. Rather than having to manually enter your details every time you wish to use the platform, you just need to open the app. At that point, our brand-new, state-of-the-art token system will mean you're automatically logged in.
Typically, your username is your email address. However, users have the option to access the Tradu account using a linked Google or Facebook account.
On the log in page, you can click the “Forgot password?” link and follow the steps for a reset.
