Tradu pays you interest on unused funds (usable margin) in your Spread Bet or CFD account, and on the Eligible Cash Balance in your Listed Stocks account. Interest is calculated daily, while the total interest is rounded down to the nearest pence for simplicity, and credited monthly within 15 days after the end of the relevant calendar month.
No. ATM or Bank Branch Deposits are typically received by Tradu without any information with regard to the account or individual from whom the payment originated. If such deposits are received, Tradu will require additional documents for proof of ownership or the funds will be returned. Please note that Tradu can neither guarantee the receipt, nor the return of such payments.
Domestic wire transfers generally arrive within 1-2 business days. International wire transfers are usually received within 3-5 business days. A wire transfer is considered domestic if your bank account is located in the same country as Tradu’s bank account (indicated in ‘Bank’ section on the wire funding instructions on the Tradu app).
No. Third Party deposits violate Tradu’s Anti-Money Laundering policies and as such Tradu cannot accept any payments via a third party. Should third party funds be received, Tradu may ask for supporting documentation such as a Wire Confirmation and/or Bank statement in order to prove ownership.
Deposits received from an account in a different name and/or held by someone other than the trading account holder constitutes a third party deposit. This also applies to corporate funds received for an individual account and similar scenarios.

Yes, as long as the name on the card(s) match the name on your Tradu account. When you withdraw funds, the amount deposited from each card will be returned to each card.
Yes. If the bank receives funds in a currency other than the currency of the bank account listed on the deposit details, the deposit will be automatically converted at an exchange rate specified by the bank. The rate chosen may or may not be in your favor.
Yes. In order to initiate the transfer, please send Tradu’s wire instructions to your current broker. You may also need to provide them with your Tradu account number.
No. Tradu does not allow pre-paid credit or debit cards as a form of deposit. These cards do not allow us to verify the origin of the funds and are therefore unacceptable. For this same reason we do not accept Maestro cards.
In order to be fair to all of our clients, deposits are processed in the order that they are received.
No, Tradu does not accept deposits from net banking. We do have a number of easy deposit methods, such as Wire or Card.
