For all Accounts that meet or exceed the Threshold, interest will be calculated daily and paid monthly based on the Eligible Cash Balance (defined below) as follows:
Tradu cannot accept funds sent through exchange houses. These types of financial institutions are considered high-risk for money laundering. Any funds received via this method will be returned upon receipt.
The deposit choices Tradu offers have been selected to provide the most convenient and reliable options to fund your account. Any method other than those listed is not recommended and could prevent or cause delays in Tradu crediting the funds to your account.
If this is your initial deposit, the minimum to open an Individual account is 50 CCY. If this is not your first deposit, the minimum deposit by card is 50 CCY. There is no minimum for deposits by Wire.
In most cases, credit or debit card deposits made in the Tradu app are instantly credited to your trading account.

In these cases, please allow up to 1 full business day for your deposit to be reviewed. Should we need any additional information from you, we will contact you via email. Otherwise, it may just be a delay and you should expect a “Transaction Notification” email to be sent once the funds are deposited into your account.
Typically, Tradu can accept deposits from any bank card with a Visa or Mastercard logo. Visa prepaid cards cannot be accepted for deposit (this includes prepaid cards with your name on it). When using gift cards or prepaid cards, the origin of funds cannot be verified and therefore are not accepted. Deposits received in this manner will be returned to the originating card.
Verified by Visa adds an extra layer of security. This helps to protect the card holder in the event their Visa card or account number is lost or stolen. Please contact Visa for more information.
Credit or debit card deposits are fast and easy. Most credit or debit card deposits are processed within 1 business day, if not sooner. You may deposit by card by logging into the Tradu app.
Tradu does not charge to receive funds into your trading account.

To deposit funds, please log in to the Tradu app and click “Deposit Funds”. Follow the prompts to deposit funds. If you require any assistance with the username and/or password, please click on “Forgot Username/Password?” In the rare case that your account would not be “unlocked”, your funds would be returned to their originating source.
Cash and cash equivalents cannot be accepted as we are unable to verify the origin of these funds. They will be returned upon receipt. Instead, you can use any of our other deposit methods available in the Tradu app.
